What is A.Team
Are there any restrictions on the types of missions that can be requested on A.Team?
We are quite selective about the companies we work with. We only offer our builders missions with companies that have high-order initiatives.
Does A.Team partner with agencies?
We don't support agencies on the A.Team platform. We don't feel comfortable with an intermediary taking a percentage from our builders’ set rates. We’ve also had repeated infringement by agency owners with outsourcing and subcontracting work to their agency, which goes against our terms of service and contract conditions.

A.Team connects top product builders through its cloud-based team network, which assembles high-performing teams for market-leading companies. You can learn more about for we build teams here.

With our iron-clad product teams, we take things up a notch… or five. Paying the highest rates, building the most transformative products, mobilizing the most select community of tech workers on the internet — that’s how we deliver on our promise: to create the perfect conditions for builders like you to thrive and achieve the greatest work of your career.
Not another 5-hour web design job for a mom-and-pop shop.
How does A.Team ensure the quality of its builders, teams, and the work they produce?
We carefully evaluate each member who requests to join the network during an evaluation call. Once a member joins a mission, we continuously evaluate their performance and interaction to ensure that they are meeting the needs of their respective missions.
How many independent builders are part of A.Team's network?
A.Team has scaled to a network of thousands of independent builders. About a third of our builders have been referred and pre-vetted by other A.Team members — each having been thoroughly screened by our evaluation and selection teams prior to being accepted to the network.

No. We don’t take a cut from our builders’ payments, ever.
